Aparece hoy en El País, es el primer caso en que una persona ha sido condenada por distribuir un crack para un programa. Lo que me interesa de esta noticia no es el hecho de que se le haya condenado, sino que expertos comentan que se le ha condenado porque el abogado defensor llegó a un acuerdo, algo que no debería haber hecho al no haber distribuido el crack con ánimo de lucro.
En conclusión, de momento en España están seguros todos aquellos que favorecen la piratería. No voy a entrar en opiniones personales respecto a si esto está bien o mal, pero me parece que España seguirá siendo líder en piratería a nivel mundial mientras no se cambie la ley.

En USA están peor, condenaron a uno por publicar cómo saltarse una protección anticopia, simplemente quitando la opción de autorun de windows, para evitar que se cargara el programa anticopia.
